PriorMoves | Founder, Tokyo and London | May 2026 to present

  • Built a per-investor model that forecasts which position a large institution buys next, measured out of sample on 124,731 held-out US quarterly-disclosure rows across 49 managers and 35 quarters: AUC 0.676, 95 percent interval 0.656 to 0.700, scored within each investor-quarter against a 12.5 percent base rate (measured 16 September 2026).1
  • Collected and normalised ownership-disclosure filings from 29 national registers, 1,717,803 filings across 26 panels, resolving filer identity across jurisdictions with no shared identifier; the modelled subset is 68,180 large-shareholding crossing notices from 5 registers.2
  • Replicated the model on the Japanese register at 0.713 (interval 0.610 to 0.797) against a shuffled-label control of 0.503. Japan is the only one of the five registers that clears the quotability bars, and those bars were fixed after the results were seen.3
  • Published forecasts with a cryptographic timestamp before the outcome and graded them in public under a rule written in advance: 85 calls stamped, 32 matured, 3 hit, Japan 3 of 14 against 0.5 expected (11 September 2026).4
  • Ran a registered hypothesis programme with an index of verdicts, 77 confirmed, 45 refuted, 13 underpowered as of 8 September 2026; two results survived multiple-testing correction, a negative 2.02 percent 63-day drift after a class of US ownership amendment and a positive 5.03 percent 21-day move on activist-intent purchases.5
  • Held a research meeting with a corporate-governance professional in Japan (3 September 2026) and supplied a filings dataset afterwards.14

Premier Trophy Limited (family manufacturer) | Director of Operations, Hong Kong | Jun 2024 to present

  • Audited the live storefront and found that its quote-request control had never rendered on product pages, so the quote system had never been usable by a customer (August 2026).6
  • Recovered 1,737 product records deleted by a data bug on the same day they were lost, 13 August 2026, partly from surviving image archives.7
  • Rebuilt and shipped a 3,499-photo, 6,675-attachment media restamp across a live catalogue, verified at a public URL, 15 September 2026.8
  • Published new category pages, retitled listings and resubmitted the sitemap on the live commercial site, 16 to 17 September 2026, with the titles approved by the business owner.9

ElevateOS Education Limited | Founder, Tokyo and London | May 2026 to present

  • Founded and incorporated the company in England and Wales (17329548, July 2026) as sole founder; selected for Founder University, the JETRO and METI backed programme run with LAUNCH in Tokyo, and for Founder Institute.
  • Shipped a security change to the production tutoring platform: row-level access control across 41 files, tenant separation, a demo-mode fix and a fail-closed meeting webhook, August 2026, verified live.10
  • Ran direct outreach at hand-sent scale: between 35 and 99 tutors contacted with several replies (25 August 2026), a further batch of 75 (11 September), and 29 schools emailed by hand (15 September); no placement followed.11
  • Verified background-check certificates for a small group of tutors and wrote the policy documents that govern them (28 August 2026).12
  • Handed a working environment to a cofounder: publishing access to both company domains, company inbox and repository access, and a locale handoff (July to 12 September 2026).13

  • Designed and ran a mixed-methods study of 180 participants across Japanese and Chinese international schools, graded A and top 5 percent of the cohort; and a review of six decades of the Seattle Longitudinal Study on cognitive ageing.

Kiwanis Voices Club of Nippon | Founder and President, Tokyo, Japan | Jan 2026 to present

  • Founded the first Voices Club representing Japan, chartered June 2026 and recognised by Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Japan District; specified and launched Pulse, the convention-access tool used at the Kiwanis Manila Convention 2026.

KIST Key Club | Founder and Immediate Past President, Tokyo, Japan | Aug 2024 to Jun 2026

  • Grew the club to 40 or more members and a five-person executive team, raised over 200,000 yen for the Kiwanis Children's Fund and a further 300,000 yen chairing the Japan Cancer Society chapter, including a 500-participant walkathon, and handed it over as a going concern.

  • Specified and launched a subscription tracker that keeps every record on the user's own device (no account, no server, nothing leaves the machine), and commissioned and fact-checked its 280 provider-specific cancellation guides.
